All-on-4 Dental Implants
What Makes All-on-4 Unique?
Maximizes Available Bone Density
While traditional dental implants can support crowns, bridges, and dentures, they require a certain amount of bone tissue in the jaw for support. All-on-4 dental implants maximize the available bone tissue by placing each implant at a strategic location and angle. Even if your jawbone has atrophied after tooth loss, you may still qualify for the All-on-4 technique without needing bone grafting or a sinus lift.
Requires Fewer Implants
While traditional methods require 6-8 dental implants to support a denture, the All-on-4 method uses just four per dental arch. The two anterior implants are placed vertically in the jawbone, and the two posterior implants are placed at an angle to maximize their contact with the available tissue. This unique placement allows for a denture to be held securely in place, even with fewer implants.

Who Is a Candidate for All-on-4?
Are in Good Overall Health
Aside from oral health concerns like missing teeth and conditions that can be treated prior to the implant procedure, candidates for All-on-4 must be in good overall health. If you use tobacco products, we recommend you quit prior to your implant placement surgery and give up the habit for good.
Don't Qualify for Traditional Implants
If you've been told you aren't currently a candidate for traditional implants and you don't want to undergo invasive bone grafting to restore your candidacy for them, you may be a good fit for All-on-4. Dr. Davis will determine the best implant solution for you during your consultation.
The All-on-4 Procedure Step by Step
We work hard to communicate with each patient, ensuring we fully understand their needs, wants, and desires.
We Accept Most Insurances
Our Scottsdale office is proud to accept most insurances so affordable treatment is always within reach for our patients. During your consultation with Dr. Davis, you will receive a cost estimate for your treatment. At that time, we can begin working with your provider to ensure you receive the best coverage possible for applicable treatments.
Though basic insurance plans won't cover the cost of dental implants, they typically contribute to the cost of dentures and any preparatory work you may require, like gum disease treatment and tooth extractions. Though you'll have out-of-pocket expenses, most patients find that dental implants are a wise investment due to the far-reaching benefits they provide, like halting jawbone atrophy and firmly securing restorations in place.
"All-on-4 implants are just as effective as traditional implants when it comes to holding a denture firmly in place. With them, you'll be able to eat, speak, and smile with ease."
